"Excellent Service"

I was admitted to Nene Ward as an emergency due to significant blood in the urine. The staff were pleasant, very helpful and careful to avoid pain. They had sufficient nursing staff to cope with a full ward, but they were not overstaffed. They worked very efficiently as a small team and the communication between shifts was seamless. I had no undue delays in any of the tests and treatment I received, which resulted in my early discharge. The food provided was much better than I would have expected for a large hospital. A big 'THANK YOU' to the staff for making an unpleasant experience bearable and for quickly curing the emergency problem.
