I had reason to complain at the beginning of April about poor treatment over a weekend. I'm dismayed to find that almost 7 weeks later hospital managers have failed to respond to me. It is difficult to believe that the hospital takes complaints seriously or is working to improve services. For example Royal Mail (now privatised)can resolve complaints why can the NHS not manage a similar level of commitment to its patients many of whom are vulnerable and need to know that the bureaucracy will listen to them.
