"Amazing in A&E"

My husband had an injury at work and ended up in A&E, which we had to visit A&E twice. I can honestly say, despite how busy all the staff where, he received excellent service - staff where professional and yet had an exceptional bedside manner, focusing on him as an individual, at no point was his treatment rushed or were made to feel we were taking unnecessary space - everything was clearly explained to us. It was so clear to me how busy they were and yet they all had smiley faces, greeting all patients with courtesy - they were all exceptional staff and a credit to The Lister Hospital. I know from a relatives point of view, after having to leave my husband in A&E, a really tough choice I made, I could not have asked for better for him - he was totally cared for. So thank you to the staff working daytime on Thursday 15th May and Monday 19th May in the afternoon
