"My husbands biopsy"

My husband went for a biopsy, The nurse was extremely helpful; she gave very clear and precise information.

The only downside was that we didn't receive a follow up letter until three weeks after the appointment. But, when we phoned to ask about it we were able to speak to her and she remembered who we were and found our notes. it was said that the delay was because the secretary had not caught up with paperwork.

We are sorry for the delay in you receiving your follow-up letter as this fell below the standard that we would expect. Whilst we are pleased that you were able to resolve the issue on speaking with the nurse, we would welcome the opportunity to investigate your concern in more detail to enable us to understand what occurred.
