What I liked
The triage nurse in A & E attended to me very quickly and I was then treated immediately. The doctors were thorough, friendly, and informative. It was necessary for me to return several times for check-ups and new dressings. Each time I was seen quickly, and given first-rate treatment by the doctors and nurses.
This was for me an example of the NHS at its very best. I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to all those who make it happen, and to the people with whom I had direct dealings.
