About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I am really indebted to the Six Degrees team, in particular my counsellor.

It is not easy to talk about deep seated issues concerning one’s state of mind, but with my counsellor’s help and understanding, I have begun to address some of my problems.

Thank you all, not least my counsellor.
