"Awful Admin staff, filthy waiting area"

Awful visit at this hospital, was out 3rd visit, was told very loudly by receptionist, you are NHS so you have to pay for parking you are not entitled to a parking voucher, I replied to her quietly and said we had been given a voucher before and she replied very loudly again, you shouldn't have been you aren;t entitled to one. Manner was awful, if I am not then fine, but please tell me in a polite manner and don't tell everyone my business! I had someone come up to me afterwards whilst we were waiting for our appointment and they said how appalled they were at how we had been treated, couldn't believe the attitude that was given to us. Waiting area was filthy with empty coffee and tea cups littered around, made it look very dirty. Glad I wasn't paying for this service as would not be happy, quite a few moans from people whose appointments were running late with no explanation.
