"Poor quality of care"

About: King George Hospital

Once again my father is a patient in King Goerge's hospital and the care standard is of poor quality I visited him on Fern Ward on Saturday the afternoon of 17/5/2014 and there was only three members of nursing staff on thecomplete ward as I search the ward looking to speak to the nurse in charge. They were all very busy and I could not abtain any information No senior member of staff to provide any assistance On 19/5/2014 I visit him at tea time and of the 5 patients on the ward only one had eaten the meals because of the poor quality. I asked to complete the choice menu and was informed it is done at lunch time every day, therefore elderly and those with sensory have problems completing the form without family to support He has been in the hospital since Thursday 15/5/2014 and he is still waiting for test so he can be treated He is now lossing more weight which a (6 year old can not afford to loss Where is the care in this hospital Today 20/5/2014 I have tried to phone the ward for over an hour with the phone not being answered What is this hospital coming too
