"Phoenix Ward"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Generally very much a lack of TLC. Think this must be very overstretched nurses but also general apathy. Lack of care, cleanliness, dignity, respect and communication awful from ward staff, apart from the doctor who was excellent. I don't want to experience that ward again if I can help it!

Please accept my apologies that you found the care on Phoenix ward to be poor and the communication with patients less than satisfactory.

As the ward Manager this is very concerning to me as I strive to ensure all my patients leave the ward having had a positive experience.
