"The service was astonishing."

Today i went into the clinic for a physiotherapy appointment and i was amazed at the service i received. A member of staff called (a student), came across to me like he had been in the NHS for many many years, he handled everything professionally and just thought the service standard was the highest i had ever received in the NHS. A very friendly member of staff, these are the kind of people the NHS need and the type that patients need, because a hospital is usually not the most fun place, but with people like him, you look forward to going in for your appointment.
