"Getting hung up upon by antenatal department"

Department unlisted! NHS sort your website out! I'm now at 16 weeks of my pregnancy and am sick of being hung up upon by the antenatal unit. I get put through from the switchboard and sit on hold for anything up to 30 minutes to then hear the call be connected then immediately disconnected. This has happened three times in the last 2 months. Quite appalling communication leaving me confused and wondering whether I'm even registered there any more when I'm due a scan at some point soon. As I'm now so unsure about what is happening with my pregnancy I don't know whether I should move to a different hospital and hope for a better experience. Strangely enough on the drop down menu asking me "Which department did you visit?" there's not an option for either Antenatal or Maternity which indicates to me that these departments don't even exist at Whipps Cross. If this is the case why have I been sent there to have a baby?!
