About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Phoned up as am just over 7 months pregnant and had an abscess come up and am in extreme pain. I have had some cocodamol and amoxicillin prescribed to me but neither are helping. The woman i phoned on the a&e was completely useless and rude and also arrogant and her only answer was 'we have no dental care here'. Never even got a chance to explain what effect the abscess is having on me or wether or not i was feeling well. She just couldnt wait to put the phone down, couldnt care less for the well being of patients. Its a shame as the staff at the hospital have always been helpful when i have been there but being fobbed off by someone on the phones that cant even be bothered to listen to what your saying is an absolute disgust!
