"An incredible first time visit to Royal Free"

I was referred to the Respiratory at the Royal Free by my GP as I wasn't happy with the hospital I was under before (and I'd been discharged!) The Registrar I saw on 16th May 2014 was absolutely amazing and I cannot speak highly enough of her. All the tests that I should have had done, I am now having. She listened to me and did not make me feel that I was a problem to her at all. I had to get my blood taken - which I absolutely hate - and again the nurse was brilliant. So too was the x-ray nurse. I cannot thank them all enough for this fabulous first time visit. It has restored my faith in the NHS.
