"Disgusting treatment"

I am absolutely disgusted about the level of care in this hospital. My vulnerable mum has been admitted to Farnborough several times over the last few months and every time has been worse than the last. Staff dont seem to care one bit about the patients, dont keep them informed about what is happening nor look after them properly. My mum was nil by mouth for the day due to awaiting a procedure. Following this in the evening she asked 4 separate staff on the word whether she could have something to eat. It then took an angry phone call from me to inform them that patients need to be fed and for someone to arrange some food for her, some hours after her procedure On another visit whilst being in A&E for around 12 hours waiting for a bed to be available when I visited I noticed my mum had messed herself as she was disabled and unable to get out of bed. No one had taken her to the toilet or made any arrangements for her to go to the toilet for 12 hours. When I went to the nurses station to ask if she could be cleaned I was told I would have to wait until her designated nurse got back from her break in about 10 minutes time. Animals are not treated like this. It was not until I started to create a scene about this that suddenly someone came to change her, What concerns me is all those other vulnerable people that are sent to that place without people to fight their corner for them.
