"Poor care for my elderly mother"

This is following my brothers complaint on 14april.no physio again over the 4days of Easter ..still air bed not resolved..meals ordered.are then duplicated.nursing care extremely poor..mother has to wait sometimes long periods before help with toilet and even to pour a glass of water.never the same person around to get info from..my sister visits daily and is often in tears seeing the lack of care particularly with physio,,a total lack of communication everywhere..ward sister stated untruths regards physio visits and even thought a urinary infection was cleared when it was not.W e are being fobbed off with no answers or no action..I am living in Spain. And cannot get in to see my mother but am in touch regularly.I insist you look into this and take action including positive replies to our complaints.
