What I liked

The staff treated me with respect, took the time to explain procedures and had a positive attitude. The food was brilliant. There was always someone to talk to and I felt really well cared for both physically and mentally. The hospital radio did have me in hysterics when I requested anything by Gilbert O Sullivan... and got Gilbert and Sullivan the flowers that bloom in the spring tra la!!!!!!!!

Anything else?

I had to have an MRI scan and being claustrophobic I was petrified. The staff on that dept deserve a medal for their wonderful patience and understanding, without which I would not have been able to endure it. If ever I win the lottery I promise to buy the hospital and 'open' scanner to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Compaired to the treatment received in Surrey I would give this hospital at least 10/10 and thankyou so much.
