"Attend acute assessment unit with bleed on brain"

My mother arrived on 17/1 following bleed to the brain she was left in her own excrement for 5 hours before being transferred to kings college who were disgusted with her treatment.desspit being in shock and traumatised by her poor condition we asked for her to be cleaned only to be told by the nurse that they didn't have time!.if you are unfortunate enough to be in need of treatment at this hospital do not expect to leave with your dignity intact.we plan to lodge a formal complaint
