"Satifaction or No Satisfaction"

I was treated with the greatest of respect and kindness by all the Staff at QMC, the Nurses were brilliant, the supporting helpers superb, I felt let down by the dieticians, their attention to the psychological needs of a patient left a lot to be desired, Patients appeared to be in their way and they were not punctual. The Consultants, Surgeons, Doctors, S.Rs and the juniors who appeared to be there at all hours were brilliant. There is no doubt in my mind that the personnel at the Sharp End of Treatment and Patient Care are dedicated and sincere in all they do.
