"Thankyou"

I had a bad fall and went to Whipps Cross last Sunday. All the staff I came across were very kind. Everyone I came across was wonderful. Very different to years ago when they would talk about you - over your head. However, I thought it was awful that there had to be so many police there - having to deal with so many troublesome (that's the polite version) people. It's a shame that A&E and Majors staff have to deal with this. Thank you for all your help.
