"Caring & kind"

Had major surgery at St Helier 2 years ago & was amazed at the care then. Had more surgery again at Epsom yesterday & can only say this trust have got it right. The staff were amazing. Kind, caring, cheerful & efficient. Not only that but I have never had to wait very long for a scan, blood test or consultation at either hospital. When you see things done well you question why others can't do it right. Have worked in connection with the NHS and have seen some terrible practises but no sign of it here. Really grateful. Thank you so much.
