"Total shoulder replacement"

Excellent experience, although I'm not into being operated on. 2 operations 6months apart. The consultant and his staff in the clinic,Ward12 staff, Physiotherapy were with a minor exception all excellent. The exception was the night staff on the ward, who possibly didn't listen too well to the handover information, this was on the 2nd occasion. I'm still seeing the Physio. Taking the experience as a whole, there were niggles in the Out Patients clinic where we were informed there had been a double booking issue. I still await my follow-up appointment to the Out Patients clinic, this should be taking place at 6 weeks we are currently at week 5 and no letter.
