What I liked

All staff were helpful, polite and considerate to my needs, however the medical team was exceptional at what is a very difficult time for me. Thanks to them all from the moment I was referred to A&E to my current ongoing treatment

What could be improved

Advise patients if their appointment/procedure is likely to rtake a long time. I went for a bronchoscopy and not being aware assumed it would be about an hour. The whole thing was in fact 6 hours as you have to be sedadted and allowed time to recover. To know this up front would be beneficial
