I was treated with respect and dignity in A&E on arrival and when stabalized I was transferred to the ward by the nurse and porter, very well managed.
I was in Firth 7 over christmas and all the staff made my stay enjoyable. The theatre staff gave me confidence and I felt secure and safe in their hands.
