We just went in for our first scan (first pregnancy) at Dewsbury today, and our sonographer was very friendly, professional, answered all our questions and communicated clearly everything we needed to know. We were seen promptly, and during the appointment we didn't feel we were rushed in any way. Overall we had a lovely experience. The only two downsides were a lack of parking, which led to a last minute panic about being late for our appointment; as well as a fairly unfriendly receptionist when we checked in for the scan in the Bronte Tower building. Not even a smile, just a brief instruction to drop our notes in the tray and wait. Not so reassuring for new and expectant mothers! A little warmth or friendliness wouldn't go amiss, but overall I'd recommend them and would go back.
"Great 12-week scan at Dewsbury"
