Fairly short wait before I was seen.

What could be improved

I found it hard to believe that the only available parking at the A&E was a pay and display car park, and quite expensive. What do you do in an emergency and you don't have change on you? Also, you don't know how long you are going to spend at the hospital so it is impossible to know how much money to put into the pay and display meter. What must you do when you are inside the hospital in a waiting room and realise your parking time is running out? Do you have to go out and insert more money, and risk missing your appointment? Disgusting.
