"poor communication and poor transport rules"

About: Great Ormond Street Hospital Central London Site

I think gosh is a great hospital and have helped my daughter a lot. But their is poor communication when trying to contact certain departments. I have left numerous amount of answer phone messages yet they never get back to you and they never communicate with each other or me until you get a letter in the post. The new transport rules are too strict just to save money. My daughter has always had transport to gosh since she was born and gets dla but now she apply for transport. So instead we are expected to pay a fortune on train fair for a ten minute waist of time appointment.
