"Pleasantly surprised."

About: North Middlesex Hospital

I was referred to the urgent care centre by NHS 111. I was a bit apprehensive as I'm not used to going to hospitals and I haven't heard the best about North Mid. I was pleasantly surprised! All the staff were very polite and professional. I wasn't kept waiting long, from triage, blood tests to the consultation with a doctor and the subsequent treatment. The facility looked modern and functional. Even the security guard wished me well when I was discharged!
