What I liked

Great to have bedside TV & phone, good range of menu options on ward

What could be improved

There seemed to be very little communication between ward nurses and my medical team. It was hard to know who was actually in charge of my care (I seemed to have 3 consultants, but none of them saw me very often). Plans were made behind my back, and I only found out about them by accident when a junior nurse 'let slip' what the doctors were planning to do next.
