My 13 year old daughter broke her wrist in a cycling accident whilst visiting Lancaster. The hospital staff were super from start to finish. We were looked after on the children's ward by a nurse who was excellent throughout our stay. The professionalism of all persons involved was very reassuring and my daughter, considering the circumstances had a pleasant stay ! Thank you all very much.
