Response from Leicester Royal Infirmary

Dear reviewer, We are very sorry to hear about the lack of communication for you and your daugther whilst on ward 8 at the Royal. We would like the opportunity to look into your concerns further so if you please email communications@uhl-tr.nhs.uk with your daughter's details (full name, DOB, address) and details about what she has been through since her admission/which ward is now on, we will work with the Urology service to review this for you. Kind regards Commmunications Team Leicester's Hospitals
