The therapy I got from my counsellor was excellent and helped as weeks went on.

I was happy with the service but would have liked to stay on longer as 6 weeks was quite short and more sessions may have helped me more.

My therapist was very helpful.

Many thanks for letting us know that you were happy with our service and that you found counselling helpful. I undertsand that 6 sessions can seem quite short, however many people find that they continue to improve after therapy has ended as they process the work they have done. I sincerely hope that this is the case for you.
