"Kind, thorough care at A&E"

I was taken to A&E after a fall, and was impressed by the kind, caring, and thorough care I received. There was a bit of a wait but given how busy it was and that my problem was not serious, I thought this was acceptable. I do think the waiting area badly needs an upgrade as it is cold and uncomfortable, and this makes the waiting much less bearable. Both Drs and nurses gave me excellent information about what was happening and what to look out for after going home. My pain level was checked when I was assessed and when I said the painkillers I had had were not really helping I was immediately offered stronger pain relief and this was provided immediately.
