"Blood Test"

I have never really had a good word to say for Andover hospital, as I had bad experience 14 years ago with my broken leg. but recently I have had day surgery & outpatient appointments and my time there was very good. The staff were very kind & caring, which made me feel comfortable & at ease. Unfortunately I have had a bad experience at a blood test on the 12/5/14. The phylobotomist was hardly the friendliest person in the world which I understand (we don't all like everybody), but when you work with the public you need to have a friendly attitude. Unfortunately she made me feel really uncomfortable & I didn't need the lecture she gave me, which wasted time & there were lots of people waiting. You always wait 60mins minimum no matter how many in front of you. I have had a few blood tests recently & have never had the same horrible experience as I did today, nothing to do with the taking of blood. The ladies manner was abrupt, condesending & rude. I am not a complainer but would like people to know in my experience they are not all nice in the phylobotomy department.
