My thanks for how professionally and compassionately all the staff we dealt with who cared for my mother yesterday. As a doctor elsewhere the whole experience was a credit to the Trust. Special mentions go to an impressive F2 and SN as intelligent and warm staff in a busy department. My admiration and thanks for the exemplary medical care and real humanity shown by the SpR Dr, who is exactly what an AMU doctor should be. Similarly to a friendly listening consultant. Not to forget the porter and staff on AMU. Well done
