"A&E vist"

Earlier this month I had to vist stoke mandeville a&e. I had come off a horse at speed and really hurt my back. we didn't call an ambulance to save resources. (but should have done) my daughter who had only just passed her driving test drove me to a&e had to park in ambulance bay and get a wheel chair to try and get me into the hospital.

Registered, then left for nearly 2 hours before seen by a nurse who was kind. then pain relief was given. Finally saw a doctor who wanted me to get on a trolley, at it lowest point was still too high and with a back in spasm you can't get on it. No advice given by nurse or doctor on how to go about it.

At the end I was left in the corridor to get dressed, if my daughter hadn't been with me I would have gone full monty to prove a point.
