"Waiting for appointments"

About: Dewsbury Health Centre / Podiatry

(as the patient),

I have attended Cleckheaton clinic for podiatry care since I had two hip replacements, the second in 2003.

No problems with the podiatrists, always suggested I should ring for an appointment 3-4 weeks before my next appointment due (8 weeks service).

In the last two years approximately, to get any information about when I can have an appointment is difficult.

Example - from the last appointment in January, my feet were treated a three months later. I rang in March to be told there was a waiting list but rang three days later to suggest an April date.

The exercises have been, as above, no list to make appointments, other people waiting...
