"Changing my Dad's Life."

There I am, 5th of May, sitting at home in Germany, get a phone call from my brother. "Happy Birthday Brother, by the way, dad has been rushed to hospital in an ambulance". "Looks bad, let you know tomorrow what is wrong". 6th of May no phone call. I phone him, who answers, my dad. "Hello son, I'm out of hospital and am at home, and your brother has just bought me a Burger". To cut a very long story short,my dad has never stayed overnight in a hospital in over 50 years, so he and my mum were concerned about everything. When I finally got a word in edgeways to slow him down on the phone, he still could not stop singing the praises of every aspect of his very short stay. The staff, including the ambulance paramedic crew, the facility, the management, all excellent. You all have given me a belated birthday present. Thank You very much. :o)
