What could be improved

Being a mother of a young lady who was brought to A+E in the early hours of Saturday morning by her friends saying she had been druged while she was on a night out not to totaly ignor this and asume she was drunk then left in a side room with her friends for hours then asking her if she wanted to go home, with no tests done no doctor seen just a nurse,then being ill all day sunday finaly got her to our gp on monday to make sure no damage had been done. thank god their was not.so yes lots of improvments needed with your staff on all counts.

The last time oldham dismissed a patient as being drunk i belive he died of his injuries later,

This could very well have been my daughter the mother of 2 young children who had been on a night out with friends and some idiot decided to SPIKE HER DRINK only for her very good friend who stayed with her all night and watched her she to could be dead, an complaint is on its way,but as my daughter cannot remember most of what happend no dought she MUST HAVE BEEN DRUNK. i wonder what other people think.
