"After being "referred" to hosiptal from Arthur..."

About: Poole General Hospital

After having the wrong side of my teeth/jaw removed I had more teeth removed and was referred to Poole Maxi to get last tooth removed. I moved, I updated details, hospital, dentist, Dr's etc. I was advised thee was a 1000 people in front. After phoning them back three months in still got wrong address, no been advised "would not have advised of 1000 people" etc and only got 18 week delay. She still did not get address, got angry and still did not do her job. It is a disgrace, poorly trained, poor service and the NHS should be semi-privatized to stop this nonsense.
