"Quick to respond"

About: Diana, Princess Of Wales Hospital

I put a comment on here about the lack of communication re my operation and after care....well i must say i am most impressed by the response of the hospital. PLAS got in touch to obtain further information, got a apologetic phone call and my consultant has moved my appointment forward 5 weeks. I am very happy that come tuesday i will fully up to speed with everything. Thank you.
