About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

Appalling. My first appt was for September 2011 and there has been no treatment until an offer of pre assessment on 16th May 2014. I am truly dumbfounded, in no way does this adhere to patient's charter. Despite letters to the chief executive pointing out failure of system, there has been no responsibilty taken for treatment, letters have been passed on but the only action taken was a yet again delayed and subsequently cancelled appt on 30th May 2013,an X ray on June 13th, with no follow up till now. There has been no attempt to ensure timely and appropriate treatment. Who is responsible for this? Why does this happen.? Why would anyone choose this?.
