"Neuroradiology Ward - feedback on surgical..."

I was admitted to the neuroradiology department for scheduled surgery by the professor on 2 April and was greatly impressed by every aspect of my treatment and care. The booking process was very straight-forward, charmingly and very efficiently organised; the teams which carried out all the medical checks before admittance were well organised and very professional. Throughout I was kept very well informed of what, why and when different procedures would be carried out. The rather daunting surgery was fully explained and the surgical team did everything to minimize my stress; the recovery was also managed very caringly. Accommodation on the ward was also very impressive - the food was hot, wholesome and the serving team a credit to ESS. Many thanks to all in the hospital.
