i liked how the doctors just put me straight through to the x-rays.

What could be improved

when the consultant says he is going to send the letter he should!

Anything else?

since being in a&e .. the doctors sent me to the hand therpy clinic. which was quite good .. but no progess with my hand. they sent me back to the consultant and he said i would need an operation. he also said he would send me a letter. i now have been waitin 7-8 weeks for it. and its affecting my work in school!
