"Can you trust nurses ?"

About: Southampton General Hospital

My name is Steven asquith I was in ward f6 . I had my gall bladder out and I had to return to hospital as I was getting the same pain as before I had my gall bladder out , so I was undergoing lots and lots of tests, this day I was nil by mouth and one of the nurses who was looking after me well if you call it" looking after"... I was laying on my bed the nurse was in the room she came over and took my notes from the end of the bed and she stood writing in my notes and than walked over to the other ill patients and did the same ( notes out and written something in it) and she walked out of the room. I was curious in what she was writing and looked in my notes. To my shock and horror I found out that this nurse had done false Blood pressure and temperature and oxygen results , in shock I asked to other two patients and yes the nurse also did the same to them. I than wanted to leave the hospital and I told the sister that was on duty all about it how can this trained nurse do this to me !I was under tests, false records was very unprofessional . Think I will need lots of encouragement before returning to Southampton Hospital Regards Steve
