"Excellent"

My mother has spent just over a week in Nicholas ward and although she will not recover, the care and attention she has received has been fantastic. The staff have been so considerate to Mum and to our family. We have been allowed to visit and stay as long as we wanted and their patience with difficult patients is exceptional! Nothing has been too much trouble and all Doctors, Nurses, HCA's and students have taken time to talk to us and consider both Mum's needs and ours. We can't thank them enough.
