I've just received an outpatient appointment letter and the telephone contact details for the Department are wrong. Fortunately I am IT literate and can use the net to resolve this problem. However I suspect that isn't true for many patients - especially given the age demographics of the catchment area. Such basic errors really don't inspire confidence.
