Prehaps when somone comes for an ultrasound you should actually have the right name for them and have an idea of what your scanning rather then keep asking the patient. Also if your job is in a hospital prehaps at least pretend like you care about a patient and respect they are in pain or have a problem. Rather then being dismissive and heartless!! Truely disgusting!
