What I liked

All the staff were incredibly efficent, friendly and very caring. The treatment was speedy and I was aware of everything that was going on and updated at all times, the after care has been tremendous. 100% all round

Very many thanks for your kind comments. This is the standard of care that we want to achieve 100% of the time.

We are just as frustrated about car parking on the hospital site as our patients and visitors. While there are parking spaces available much of the time, there are peak times when they are difficult to find. Government restrictions on local planning authorities mean that we cannot obtain permission to expand the number of parking spaces on site, even though this is a hospital and patient numbers are increasing. So we are doing everything possible to reduce demand on parking eg. one-stop clinics, providing services off the hospital site, encouraging alternative travel for staff. We have also been pressing the local council to enable us to establish a park-and-ride, so we can free up on-site spaces for patients.
