This hospital is a joke! my grandad is in the hospital at the moment on ward 25, went there at monday with massive stomach pain he is 77 and they still don't know what is wrong with him! they are not taking elderly people seriously he has problems with his heart and the pain isnt doing any good for it and they still 'we dont know yet, maybe later on or tomorrow' everything is tommorrow! but still nothing happening. this is horrible place, would never recommened it to anybody. do someone needs to be dieying for them to start do something?! This is not how they should treat people! i have to spend all day from the morning all the way to late evening in hospital to translate for my grandad because they wouldnt get him translator(take it into consideration that he doesnt speak english as he only came to england to visit me). At least they could respect that i am doing them a favor for translating for them so that they dont have to pay anything for translator. there is no chance to see a doctor! as soon as he been on morning visit there is no chance you will see him again until next morning, they are always busy!. not matter what is happening, all they do is give painkillers to stop the pain but do not do anything to resolve the problem. I will not leave this and i will make a formal complain against hospital and get it to the local newspaper for people to realise how 'good' our scunthorpe hospital is taking care of their patients!
