"Couldn't of asked for better care"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

After delivering my baby I was reluctant to stay in, however I couldn't of asked for better care. Apart from one midwife, everyone involved from midwives to breast feeding buddies were all very helpful & extremely nice. Two midwives were excellent, I couldn't of asked for a better experience.

We are delighted to hear that you were so impressed by the staff who looked after you following your delivery; however, it is disappointing to know that one midwife tainted what was otherwise a good experience. We have passed your praise and comments to the staff in the department and the matron for our Maternity Unit.
